1. Is Z-MaT a manufacturer or trading company?Z-MaT has two manufacturing bases in China, we welcome you to visit our factory.
2. What's the delivery/lead time of your machines?
It depends on the model size and seasons. Some models can be finished in 15 days, while some big size models have a manufacturing period of three months.
3. What's the acceptable payment terms?
We can accept T/T, L/C and other payment terms.
4. What about installation and commissioning?
The quotation does not include local installation and commissioning. We offer online guidance. After the pandemic,dispatching engineering from Z-MaT is available.
5. Is there any service after ordering?
Along with professional English operation manual and electric circuit diagram, Z-MaT offers lifetime online after-sales service by English-speaking engineers.
6. How about the warranty?
Z-MaT machines enjoy 18 months warranty from bill of lading date. All spares can be dispatched by Fedex/DHL in the earliest time after confirming damange, except for human purpose failures.
